An agent Copilot Studio reports as missing a license

Copilot Studio agent is reported as missing a license.

The platform's own provisioning status says the agent is missing a license, which usually means the capacity or assignment it was created under has lapsed, moved, or was never completed. It stays in the environment and in your solutions while quietly not being something the tenant is paying to run.

Read the status column on the bot table: the platform stores the provisioning state there, and missing license is one of its values. Pathix reads that column and nothing else, so it cannot say whether anyone is currently being turned away, only that the platform has flagged the agent.

Check the tenant's Copilot Studio capacity and license assignments in the Microsoft 365 admin center and restore the assignment, or delete the agent if it is no longer wanted. Several agents in this state at once points at a tenant-level licensing change.

This one is environment health, so it carries a plain label and no control mapping. Presenting an operational gap as a security finding would make the real security findings harder to trust, so we keep the two apart.
