How do you know that list is complete? Most answers don't say where they ran out.
A clean report says nothing was found, and nobody asks what nothing means. Ask whether it's everything, and the answer is "should be."
In the demo environment, the review notes column from Ep. 03 has four writers: three Deterministic, and one AI-derived that nobody has checked yet. That one is a plugin Pathix saw update the table but couldn't pin to a column deterministically, which on its own is Unresolved. So the AI read the code and proposed the column, with its evidence: if the configuration is blank, it defaults to review notes.
Open the step, read its configuration, then validate the edge, or dismiss it with a reason. Validated, it's still AI-derived and still marked, with the decision recorded beside the edge. It never rewrites where the edge came from.
Every row it gets back carries its tier, so it can tell proved from proposed. What it can't do is validate an AI-derived edge. That stays with a person, in AI Audit.
