Land the assessment.
Win the migration.

Your foot in the door is a fast, paid migration-readiness assessment: an easy first sale, and a high-margin deliverable on its own. It also hands you the dependency and security map to bid the migration fixed-price without padding for the unknown. Pathix stays on through delivery and managed services.

Start with the assessment

The assessment is the easy first close.

You can't touch a prospect's tenant before you've won them, so you don't try. Demo on a synthetic environment to show what the output looks like, then sell a small, paid migration-readiness assessment. It is a far easier close than a $200k migration, and a high-margin deliverable on its own. A first scan runs in under an hour against the weeks of manual discovery it replaces, so you hand over a real dependency and security map fast and bill for it.

What the client keeps

The assessment ends in a document you hand over.

One click turns the scan into a printable Environment Report: a state-of-the-environment writeup with prioritized remediation, control mappings, and an explicit note on what was and was not scanned. It is the deliverable the client pays for and the document that justifies the next phase. You hand it over and put your name on it, instead of giving a verbal debrief that walks out the door with you.

Make it your service

Delivered under your firm's brand.

Configure your firm's name, logo, and visual identity once, and they carry through the console, the sign-in, and the printable Environment Report. Pathix stays transparently identified as the enabling platform wherever procurement and security disclosures require it.

Why they let you in

Read-only, in their own tenant, and nothing leaves.

Pathix deploys read-only into the client's own Azure subscription, from a Bicep template and a guided wizard, with a read-only application user per environment. It reads metadata only: the schema, registrations, and component definitions. By architecture it never stores, transmits, or analyzes business record values, and if the client switches AI on with their own key, that line still holds. A security-conscious client grants access on those terms when they would never hand a hosted SaaS tool their environment.

Then win the migration

Bid fixed-price without padding for the unknown.

What forces you to pad a fixed-price bid is the unknown state of the legacy environment. The assessment turns that unknown into a map, so you quote against measured discovery risk rather than a guess, which is what the firm bidding off a kickoff call is still doing.

Then keep the account

From assessment to migration to managed services, on one map.

Pathix stays deployed through the migration and into ongoing support and managed services. The map stays current as the environment changes, which keeps you the obvious firm to call for the next piece of work, and the recurring revenue with it.

Already inside?

If you already manage the environment, you are always ready.

The assessment route is for winning new accounts. If you already run a client's Dynamics, you can scan it whenever you like, so you walk into every change request already knowing what it touches and what it will break. That removes the discovery phase on work you have already won.

How the commercial side works for your practice, referral, resale, or a firm-wide license, is something we shape with you rather than off a price card. See pricing and partner models →
