What it is
Form uses a control Microsoft has deprecated.
Why it matters
A form declares a deprecated control (the older Flip Switch, slider, or knob controls) that gets no fixes or accessibility improvements and can break after a platform update.
Find it yourself
Grep the exported customizations.xml for the deprecated control class identifiers. Faster than opening every form in the designer, and it gives you the complete list in one pass.
How to fix it
Swap it for the modern equivalent (Toggle, number input, supported slider) and re-test the form.
Not a security finding
This one is environment health, so it carries a plain label and no control mapping. Presenting an operational gap as a security finding would make the real security findings harder to trust, so we keep the two apart.
Pathix checks this across every environment you scan, along with 39 other conditions. Self-hosted in your own Azure, read-only, metadata-only.
